The speed of ascent of hydrogen H2 is 500m/s or 1800000m/h (1800km/h) while escaping It bumps against the O2 molecules and forms H2O molecules This is how water vapor is formed.
And therefore the water vapor molecules do not detach themselves as H2O From their whole but they are born outright by shocks.
2H2 + O2 = H2O + H2O (vapor ).
