Can rainwater form by synthesis H2 + O in our atmosphere, yes

HELLO.

We did 3 experiments on water in the laboratory.
First.
The decomposition of water into H2 and O in the form of simple gaseous bodies by electrolysis (no water vapor).
Nature does the same in the upper atmosphere. water molecules are broken down by the action of ultraviolet sunlight into H2 and O.
Secondly.
Distillation of water. under the effect of heat, the water evaporates. this vapor condenses and forms drops. it is collected and it is distilled water.
Nature does the same. This is how we explained the water cycle and the formation of rainwater.
thirdly.
The synthesis of water. we took 2 volumes of oxygen and 1 volume of hydrogen in an odiometer, these 2 gases combine in an explosive chemical reaction. and water was born.
Can not nature thus create rainwater (the synthesis of water as in the laboratory)? I answer yes as you can see on this video in 30 seconds.
Thank you
